Lemont’s signature running race is back for 2022, and you can sign up now to join in on the fun. The Lemont Quarryman Challenge is on Saturday, May 8 – and whether you choose the 5K or 10 mile course, get ready for a memorable run.
The race starts in scenic Lemont Downtown, then you go up. Wind your way through the hills of scenic Lemont, then make your way down. Now, if you’re doing the 10-miler, you’ll go back up again before you make you descent back to the history Downtown.
The 10-miler starts at 7:30am, with the 5K starting at 8:00am.
Sign up until March 25, and your price will be $60 for the 10-miler and $40 for the 5K. Prices go up until Race Day, click here for more information.
The race is electronically timed, and all runners will receive a finishers medal.
