Join Lemont Township at The Lemont Heritage Woodland Sanctuary on Saturday, April 30 from 9am to 12pm. The sanctuary is at 16300 Alba Street at the Lemont Township Community Center.
There will be FUN and FREE family activities that include Conservation and Butterfly Education, a Prairie Talk & Walk Session, a presentation by local bee keeper Mark Pawlak, the unveiling of the Bee Habitat (donated by the Lemont Lions club), an exhibit featuring “Historic Conservation during WWI” hosted by the Lemont Area Historical Society and more!
Popcorn and refreshments will be serve.
