Wooden Paddle will be donating 20% of all daily sales, including gift cards, to the family of Aiden Gillespie.  Aiden was only 13 years old, just shy of his 14th  birthday, when he passed away.

His mother, Melissa, is quoted below …

Aidan’s passing was a shock and unexpected at only 13 years old. His birthday is January 13th, he would have been 14. He was an amazing older brother to his three siblings. Logan (10), Killian (7), and Peyton (4). Aidan was a gifted student, as he loved Math, History, and Science and excelled in his studies. he loved pepperoni pizza. He was a proud saxophone player for his band at Aux Sable Middle School. He had such passion for Dungeons and Dragons it was contagious, as he was a dungeon master for his group of friends. Aidan was planning his 8th-grade trip to Washington D.C. in February as he would have graduated 8th grade in May of 2023 and starting freshman year in the fall. His smile could have lit up a room. We are truly devastated by his passing. We are so thankful and grateful for all the love and support we have been receiving. You are truly lifting us up while we grieve and heal.
