Andy Capri decided to create his version of classic Capri dishes by opening his restaurant, Capri Xpress, in 2021. Not long after, he set out to create a sit-down restaurant experience that encapsulated what made him fall in love with the restaurant business. He created Capri Ristorante Italiano so that others can experience a classy, elegant atmosphere while enjoying savory dishes.
