It all started when Nick Andricopulos’ grandfather opened a Malt Shop & Hamburger restaurant in the 1940’s which eventually became Nick’s Fat Boy in the 50’s and 60’s. The Roseland neighborhood restaurant closed in the 1970’s. After working as a bread salesman, Nick decided to revive the family business. In 1986, he opened his first restaurant in Burbank. Since then, a loyal customer base has formed through exceptional food quality at great prices. Opening one restaurant at a time, Nick found the same neighborhood loyalty and appreciation. Today, Nick has 4 locations, including in Homer Glen, serving great ribs & food with enough variety to please everyone.
