Lemont Center is a 158 bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located in Lemont, IL.They offer 24 hour nursing care, short term rehabilitation directed by a Physiatrist 7 days a week, physical, occupational and speech therapy. They specialize in post hip and post knee surgery rehabilitation, with an emphasis on returning patients home as soon as possible through our “Bridge to Home” program.
Lemont Center also offers long term care services and a specialized Alzheimer’s Care Program with structured daily activities and routines.
