- Smoked Shrimp Cocktail – (4) jumbo prawns, cocktail sauce
- Pork Belly – slow roasted crispy pork belly, butternet squash nage, aged balsamic
2nd Course – Choose 1 Each
- Caesar Salad – shaved brussels, romaine, parm crut, artichokes, peppers, grilled shallot, avocado caesar dressing
- Loaded baked potato soup – topped with bacon, sour cream, and microgreens
- Beet medley – salt roasted, peppered goat cheese, blood orange segments, pears, sliced pecans, medjool date citrus vinaigrette

- 8 oz. Strip Steak – wild mushroom bread pudding, grilled asparagus, barolo demi
